Refund policy

At RAGE, we take great pride in the quality of our luggage and the precision of our custom printing and engraving. If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue or a printing defect, we are here to make it right.
Please review the policy below to understand when a refund or replacement is eligible.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your luggage arrives with any of the following issues, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund:
- Structural damage to the suitcase
- Broken handles
- Damaged or faulty wheels
- Scratches or dents caused during production
- Defective locks
- Interior damage
What you need to do:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- 2–4 clear photos or videos of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Printing / Custom Engraving Issues
Since each customized suitcase is made specially for you, we take customization very seriously.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Incorrect artwork printed (not matching what you uploaded)
- Misaligned engraving
- Low-quality or blurred printing caused by our production
- Wrong color or incomplete print
- Printing missing or damaged upon arrival
Not eligible:
- If the customer uploaded a low-resolution image or incorrect artwork
- Change of mind after production
- Customer requests a different design after the order has been processed
3. No Returns for Custom Products (Unless Defective)
Because customized luggage is created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Choosing the wrong size or color
- Personal preference
- Uploading the wrong design
We only accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or printing errors.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.
5. Replacement or Refund Processing
Once your issue is reviewed and approved:
- Replacements are shipped free of charge
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing depending on your bank
