5. Custom Artwork & User Uploads

For customized luggage, customers may upload images, logos, or artwork.

By uploading a file, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the artwork OR you have permission to use it
  • The artwork does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of others
  • The artwork does not contain offensive, illegal, or prohibited content

We reserve the right to refuse any upload that violates these rules.

RAGE is not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution files uploaded by customers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

RAGE is not responsible for shipping delays after the order has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns are only offered for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Printing/engraving errors caused by us

Custom products cannot be returned for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color chosen
  • Incorrect or low-quality artwork uploaded by the customer
